My culinary style is born of world culinary travel and adventure.
From an early age, a passion was instilled in me for cooking and the joy of sharing meals. Mealtime wasn’t just about food; it was about connection, creativity, and celebration. As I grew older, the allure of adventure took hold, leading me across the globe in search of new cultures, traditions, and flavors that would influence my cooking style.
After ten years in hospitality I apprenticed, volunteered, and staged with California’s best chefs. I then moved into the private sector and never looked back. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of cooking in an incredible variety of settings; from rustic barn “kitchens” and luxurious seaside retreats, to high-rise penthouses, grand estates, mountain homes, and private yachts world wide. Along the way I have met quite a few characters and collected a few stories. Shh!! Traveling with my clients, caring for their every need broadened my horizons, and exposed me to more than I could imagine. Each experience has enriched my craft and fueled my dedication to creating bespoke dining experiences for my client. Yet Santa Barbara called.

Your remembering to send this to us is just another example of your thoughtfulness to us while we were at Villa Encanto. Yesterday Liz e-mailed us massive amounts of photographs.
